- I agree to keep my dog on a leash or in a carrier while in public areas of the Hotel.
- I agree to keep my dog out of all Food and Beverage areas of the Hotel.
- I agree to keep my dog out of the outdoor swimming pool and Heavenly Spa.
- I agree to keep my dog out of the three golf courses.
- I agree to be present while any member of the Hotel staff such as housekeeping maids or engineers, are in the room. Room cleaning must be scheduled in advance for a time when the dog is not in the room or the owner is present.
- I agree to keep my dog with me or a designated individual at all times and not leave him/her unattended in the room.
- I agree to prevent noise or any other disturbance by my dog in the interest of other Hotel guests.
- I agree to pay any additional cleaning bills or repairs that should be required. I authorize the Hotel to charge my credit card in that case, even if they are discovered after my departure.
- I agree that in case my dog creates any disturbance which may cause other guests or staff complaints, I shall immediately make arrangements to house my dog elsewhere outside the Hotel.
