Qual è la storia dell'immobile?
The property sits on approximately two acres of woods and gardens on the historic loop. It has two houses and two carriage houses. One house (Sweet House) was built by a man and his wife and their three daughters. He had 30 acres. This is where we have two suites and two dining rooms for breakfast.

The other house (Ojo House) was built by wealthy lumberman from Wichita, Kansas. His wife was Spanish. He believed he could keep his property "unincorporated" by the city if he named his own street so he had his wife name it. She chose the name "Ojo" due to the beautiful views (the property rests on the highest peak in Eureka Springs). The street is still officially Ojo Street, but is only about 100 feet and only Ojo house sits on it.

Suite Deluxe This room features a separate windowed room with a sunken spa bath. There is also a separate seating area with hardwood floors, a flat-screen cable TV, wet bar and refrigerator. The bedroom has a queen bed and a corner fireplace. An outdoor covered porch allows for deer watching in the early morning and late afternoon. The private bathroom comes with a shower. *This room requires climbing down approximately 12 steps to get to the room entrance.

Camera Queen con Vasca Idromassaggio This elegant room is decorated in rich shades of green and copper. It features a private entrance and a patio, which has a spacious seating area with comfortable chairs. The bedroom has a queen bed with a corner fireplace and the sitting area has a wingback chair and large couch. There is a large soaking tub, as well as a separate walk-in shower. *This room is at street level and requires 2 steps up onto the wrap around porch.

Camera Singola Superior The Tree Top Suite features a private sitting room, a separate king bedroom and two bathrooms. This suite occupies the entire second floor of the Sweet House. This bright, airy suite features slanted ceilings and a window seat overlooking the backyard. The sitting room is decorated in a creamy yellow and features a flat-screen TV. The master bathroom features a 2-person spa bath and luxurious bathrobes. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a second bathroom with a shower. The bedroom is decorated with white-beaded board and has it’s own flat-screen TV. *This room requires climbing up approximately 12 steps to get to the room.

Suite Deluxe The Tree Top Suite features a private sitting room, a separate king bedroom and two bathrooms. This suite occupies the entire second floor of the Sweet House. This bright, airy suite features slanted ceilings and a window seat overlooking the backyard. The sitting room is decorated in beige and features a flat-screen TV. The master bathroom features a 2-person spa bath and cotton bathrobes. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a second bathroom with a shower. The bedroom is decorated with white-beaded board and has it’s own flat-screen TV.

Camera Singola Deluxe This stand alone cottage has a private outdoor patio, a spa bath & shower combination. The room is decorated in blue and neutral paint and features a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, a refrigerator and coffee maker. This room is pet friendly upon request (fees and restrictions apply). *This room is at street level and requires one step onto the private patio to access the room.

Suite Classic This suite is located on the second floor of the Ojo house. It is decorated with light gray walls and cool green accents and features a queen-sized bed. The private bathroom features a 2-person spa bath/shower combination. From the sitting room, French doors open up to your own private deck overlooking trees in the backyard. *This room requires climbing up approximately 12 steps to get to the room.

Camera King con Vasca Idromassaggio Decorated with rich burgundies and gold, the Wedgwood Suite offers a room with dual-level flooring. It features a king-sized bed, fireplace, love seat and an arm chair. A draped archway leads to the private bathroom with a walk-in shower and 2-person spa bath. *This room requires climbing up approximately 12 steps to get to the room.

Camera Singola Standard con Vista Montagna This private room features a fireplace at the foot of its queen-sized bed. A cypress-paneled spa tub/shower combination is also available. A private swing hangs right outside the private entrance, overlooking the wooded property and the shared outdoor hot tub. The following amenities are also included in this room: coffee maker, hairdryer, refrigerator, bathrobes,, wine glasses & wine bottle opener. *This room is at street level and does not require walking up or down stairs.
